All employees are now able to register for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). You can reset your own password or unlock your account by visiting mypassword.vailresorts.com, or by selecting “Forgot my Password” on any login screen using your Vail Resorts User ID.

In order to reset your own password, you must first set up your authentication methods here.

Password requirements:

• Starts with a letter
• At least 8 characters or longer
• At least 1 UPPERCAPS letter
• At least 1 lowercaps letter
• At least 1 number character
• At least 1 special character: ! # $ % – _ = + < >
• No part of your name
• Cannot be the same as previous 5 passwords

As a reminder, this password is associated with your Vail Resorts User ID and gives you seamless access to all of the employee systems on Single Sign-On, currently EpicEmployee, The LIFT, PeopleSoft HR and Success Factors.
