Getting Started with Your Vail Resorts User ID

All employees receive a Vail Resorts User ID that grants access to company platforms including:

  • EpicEmployee
  • The LIFT
  • SuccessFactors

Step-by-Step: First-Time Login

  • Watch for an Email — After completing your onboarding, you’ll receive an email with:
    • Your User ID
    • Your temporary password
    • A link to log in
  • Log In & Update Password — Use the link in the email to log in and set a new password.
  • Set Up Security (MFA) — After updating your password, you’ll be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication:
    • Click Next
    • Choose two authentication methods to secure your account
    • Click Done to finish setup

  • Access Final Onboarding Forms — Once setup is complete, you’ll be directed to complete your remaining onboarding forms.
